Electro-Acupuncture Handbook for Musculoskeletal Problems (Illustrated Guide) by Stephen Lee
Drawing on his 30 years’ experience of using electro-acupuncture, Stephen Lee presents the treatment of a number of musculoskeletal conditions frequently seen in the clinic. This handbook contains a clear and fully illustrated step-by-step guide to treating a number of conditions using electro-acupuncture such as neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, Achilles tendon pain, scar tissue and more.
Electro-acupuncture is especially useful when there is an accumulation of Qi, such as chronic pain, or where Qi is difficult to stimulate. The electrical current allows the points to receive constant gentle manipulation and prolongs stimulation, without damaging tissue. Some patients may experience a tingling sensation, which is due to the current as the process pulsates electrical currents. The fully illustrated guide is ideal for treating musculoskeletal problems.
Introduction To Scalp Acupuncture by Dr Hui Nie
Dr Shunfa Jiao invented and developed his method of Scalp Acupuncture in the 1970s. Since then, this has become a widely used acupuncture treatment. Over the past 50 years, many acupuncturists have found that Scalp Acupuncture can improve cerebral diseases. Further studies have proven the effectiveness of the Scalp Acupuncture by completing many clinical trials and studies on both humans and animals.
Scalp Acupuncture is one of the most useful and efficient acupuncture methods for practitioners. With her own knowledge and experience, Dr Hui Nie explores the history and foundation of Scalp Acupuncture and teaches readers the location and indication of the 14 locations.
If you would like to know more about Scalp Acupuncture, we offer training courses taught by Dr Nie. You can register your interest in future courses here.
