Phoenix Referral Program

We take great pride in providing the best products and services to all of our customers. Because of this, we are fortunate that our current customers often recommend Phoenix to their friends and colleagues. To reward our existing customers and encourage new customers, we have implemented a referral program. The refer a friend scheme allows new customers to receive £10 off their first order* and the current customer to receive £10 off their next order.

The scheme is a way to welcome new customers and reward current customers! This is how it works…

Refer a friend scheme:

• Ensure you are logged in and visit ‘My Account’. On the left-hand side menu, there is a link for ‘Referral Program’. If it is your first time clicking on the section, the page will load a ‘Create Referral Link’ – click this button for the next step.
• Your referral program home page will load your unique referral link, this is the link you will share with your referrals. (This link will not change and may be used multiple times for new referrals)

• To ensure both parties receive the discount, the referral must follow this link when creating an account.
• Once the new customer is signed up, the £10 discount will automatically be applied to their first order and will be deducted from the order total at the checkout. Please note: your £10 voucher will not be available until the new customer has placed and paid for their first order.
• After the referred friend has completed their first order, the £10 discount will automatically be applied to your account and will be deducted from the order total at the checkout. If you refer multiple new customers, the £10 discounts will accumulate until you place your next order.

• Please note: no voucher code is needed to claim the discount and the promotion works in conjunction with other discounts.
