Happy Lunar New Year!
One of our lovely customers pointed out that 2017 must be an evolutionary year for us because the Phoenix is an evolutionary species of the Rooster… right?? We certainly hope so as we have plenty in store for new ventures, new products and improved user experience!
Whilst we have exciting projects this year, our main focus is continuing to invest in the quality control of our herbal and acupuncture products, for the benefit of practitioners and ultimately, patients.
In an industry where it is easy to access herbs and acupuncture products with sub-par quality and too-good-to-be-true prices, it is vital for suppliers and regulatory bodies to lead by example and maintain standards. Poor quality products can be detrimental to patients’ health and treatment, and thus practitioners’ reputation. In this day and age with increasing pressure on the NHS and rising prevalence of disease, it is incredibly important that we all work to eliminate poor quality herbs and acupuncture needles to build the reputation of Chinese medicine in the west.
We regard product quality of utmost importance and we fully believe that higher quality and authentic products can yield better results in treatment for patients. For this reason, we are particularly fortunate to have direct relationships with the best suppliers in the far east and our influence enables us to feedback any concerns that we or our customers have, to continually improve product quality.
