Culinary Mushrooms

90% of the mushrooms we eat are white button mushrooms – but why not try something new? The Chinese have been using mushrooms such as Shiitake (Dong Gu) and Wood Ear (Mu Er) in their cooking for centuries for not only the taste but for the medicinal properties. They work great in traditional Chinese dishes, soups and stir-fries.

Just like all of our herbs, our culinary herbs are non-GMO and grown without sulphur, pesticides and herbicides so you can rest assured that you are getting the best for your health.
