In 2018, we were honoured to host The Complete Course of Tung’s Acupuncture with Dr Wei Chieh Young and Dr Michael Chong. The course sold out and students from across the globe learnt the theory of the famous Tung’s points.
This year, we welcomed back Dr Michael Chong to host the Tung Acupuncture Workshops! We hosted two courses: one for beginners and one for more advanced practitioners.
Both workshops were taught in English by Dr Michael Chong, who is a second generation Master Tung disciple. Dr Chong has spent over 25 years studying, practising and teaching the Tung’s points and has outstanding expertise. 
Tung’s Extraordinary Acupuncture System
Tung’s Acupuncture focuses on using fewer needles, with instant pain relief. When Master Tung’s acupuncture is compared with classical acupuncture, practitioners have often observed quicker and sometimes instant results. By attending the courses, students were given a rare opportunity to learn the 740 points on 12 areas of the body, including the hand, arm, foot, leg, ear and head. Very few practitioners are exposed to the authentic Tung method. Due to our exclusive relationship with Dr Wei Chieh Young, our programmes are the only Tung courses recognised and approved in the UK by Dr Young himself.
In 2018, we offered the level 1 course in both English and Chinese. This year, Dr Chong taught purely in English with allowed more teaching time. As well as the general theories behind Tung’s Acupuncture, Dr Michael Chong also explored The history, bloodletting, and compared the effects with Western medical practices. This year’s workshops were also more hands-on as students had the opportunity to put the theory into practice with point location, group practice and demonstrations.

Due to high demand, we are thrilled to announce that Dr Michael Chong will be back in 2020! Dr Chong will once again be teaching the Level 1 and 2 workshop – with the addition of a Level 3 course!
