Expert Jing Fang Masters
We are extremely privileged to have the Jing Fang Masters who will be sharing their invaluable knowledge they have accumulated at one event. As the majority of the guest speakers are now coming into the later years of their lives, they will soon be retiring and unable to take long-haul flights, meaning that this opportunity to see them in the UK may not arise again.
The 6 days of CPD courses will allow for students to learn from their chosen Jing Fang Master directly in a much more personal and extensive manner. We are offering courses in both English and Chinese to allow for maximum learning capacity. Dr Arnaud Versluys will be teaching a full day course on the Treatment of Auto-Immune Disorders using Canonical Formulas from the Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue whereas Professor Huang Huang will be teaching a comprehensive 3 day course on Jing Fang Body Constitution Differentiation and Clinical Application to ensure there is a course for everyone.
We are also extremely fortunate to have three highly experienced TCM practitioners to translate for us: Yizhen Jia – Jing Fang lecturer at the University of Westminster, Katherine Gao – former RCHM President and Ping Xu – Harley Street TCM practitioner. Our translators are fluent in English and Chinese and also well verse in medical terms.
Gateway to Learning
If you have ever wanted to learn herbal medicine, Jing Fang is an excellent way to start. You will learn how to diagnose patients according to the symptoms presented and then how to prescribe formulas. Our keynote speakers will teach you how to adjust your formulas throughout treatment to help you achieve results in the most efficient way possible.
We recommend all beginners to attend the weekend conference to gain an insight into all aspects of Jing Fang, taught and modified by different teachers. To further your learning, we also recommend Professor Huang’s 3 day course. Prof, Huang famously says that practitioners who are skilled in Jing Fang, acupuncture and moxibustion will be highly successful!
