The Hundred Meetings Conference hosted by the British Acupuncture Council was held in Reading this year and was promised to be ‘the personal and professional development opportunity of the year’ – and it did not disappoint.
With an expected turnout of over 400 practitioners and students, we knew the weekend was going to be successful and a lot of fun.
The twenty-eight guest speakers promised to cover a wide range of acupuncture and oriental medicine topics to tempt all interests and specialities.
We brought a lot to the table – literally! We tried to showcase our range of acupuncture needles and our excellent range of Moxa products – as well as our Aura teas and the chance to sample some of our goji berries and long yan fruit. We even had a ‘guess the herb’ game to try and test you all and of course, our pick n’ mix of needle samples was as popular as ever!
A conference like Hundred Meetings isn’t just a corporate event for us at Phoenix. It was a great chance to meet so many of our customers – old and new. It is always a pleasure to put names to faces and for you to see how we work as a company and how dedicated we are to providing you with the highest quality products. We want to raise awareness of our brand and expertise, but also build a sense of trust between us and yourselves so that you know we are doing the best for you and your patients.
