ARRC Symposium 2019

ARRC SYMPOSIUM

On Saturday, March 23rd we attended the 21st Acupuncture Research Resource Centre (ARRC) Symposium, and what a day it was! The British Acupuncture Council host the annual meeting to promote acupuncture research and educate acupuncturists and medical professionals alike.

This year’s symposium was held at the stunning De Vere Venues in Holborn and it was an impressive turn-out! It was great to see so many acupuncturists and students supporting ARRC and furthering their knowledge.

Delegates attended lectures on Acupuncture in Anxiety, Depression & Sleeping Problems, Developing Oncology Acupuncture at Harvard Cancer Hospital and Acupuncture for Stroke. The keynote lectures were taught by renowned acupuncturists from all over the world – including America, Italy and Sweden and were all truly captivating.

It was a pleasure to exhibit at the event and meet many new, and old, customers. We, of course, presented our most popular acupuncture needles, but we also showcased our new pain management range and sleep management products. Attendees also received a free goody bag and were able to help themselves to lots of free samples.

ARRC is a great way for us to interact with BAcC members personally and to receive any feedback on the services we provide. It also gives us the opportunity to perfect our exhibition stand for the upcoming Extraordinary Meridians Conference in September. As we are sponsoring the conference, we are currently in the process of planning lots of new, fresh ideas for the conference so watch this space!

As we have an exclusive relationship with the BAcC, members receive exclusive benefits such as 25% off needles and £25 off the Phoenix Heat Lamp and Educational CPD courses. Visit our BAcC members page to find out more.

If you would like to know more about member benefits or have any questions, please contact info@phoenixmd.co.uk.

Tickets are currently on sale for the BAcC Conference and we avoid booking now to avoid disappointment!

We look forward to seeing you all in September!
